   One assumes the man to be sufficient to its governs, or of to govern others, must really know about the world that surrounds him.

   While, simultaneously, other alleged half mankind seems to indicate that we are fooling and deluding ourselves. Us providing dreams, when most needed alarm sufficient to realize the gravity of the global situation for achieves a state of universal cooperation. The man developed a battle against nature. The enemy, we have it at home.

Total stability coincides with the maximum symmetry without action. Without the broken symmetry there it is deduced that our universe would not have been perceptible. We are living through balances of circumstantial or perishable stability. Nothing of the origin is equal to a base of zero. A stability total of movement zero. Nothing of Nothing doesn't create. Then, the physics of zero broken, needs to support effects against effects', equivalent zero. Matter and antimatter, electron and positron, etc. Each particle, has a distinct antiparticle, in this way. The need of a substitute for balance zero, so shows.

   This way, we must see her, as an uncontrollable initiative, also transformable, in permanent worry, in the man. Nevertheless, we are thinking about knowing that if to the beginning, broken symmetry could accompany with an uncontrolled movement, later, it stopped acting without control. This way, from the same origin of the tidy evolution, supposing some moment of original chaos immediately to the Big Bang, a hierarchy begins from the simplest thing to obtain the order of the formation of the first atoms.

   We obtain references to principle of the least action, arguments of Galileo, Fermat, Newton, Leibnitz, Jacobi, etc. Some consider that the concept "of principle of the least action" was removed from the first principle of Galileo of inertia and from the first law of Newton of inertia movement. It forms a Unit of Action, as a Primary Unit. Also it supports a great role in the natural selection. In the practice it is discovered in behind the efficiency, the competence and the structure of companies and his products.

   On states of minimal energy the maximum simplicity evidences coincide to Time concept, Paths or Quantum Systems. Does this show a base of fundamental simplicity?

Why is its accuracy and presence necessary, in the epoch of interplanetary trips, of organic transplants, the computer science, direct manipulation of molecules, of future power of the qubits, etc.? If it does not another form, inevitably, behind it is the presence of any geometry of entire elementary numbers.

   Which would be the order of a geometric progression with principle of the least action and maximum symmetry?

   It can not be confused the principle of minimum action with maximum vagrancy. The Principle of minimal action must relate to the Principle  of  maximum efficiency. His association with the break of the symmetry breaks vagrancy stability. So that obtaining a worrying initiative for the environment, it coincides with an initiative of natural selection.

   To estimate  the capacity of  simple transformations on the structure of the Solar System, we have to know the power of simultaneity in physics.

This can be detected, when the frequency of an external excitement recognizes the measurements contained across several types of resonances. We observed that certain dominion and limit of amplitude correspond to the greater mass of Jupiter.

Kepler, searching in "Mysterium Cosmographicum" geometric reasons for the position of the planets, he tried to involve squares and other regular polygons in the circumscribed orbits of planets, foreseeing the usage of whole numbers in order to describe the planetary system. The figure 1 reproduce an Kepler idea coincident with series and squares of openings for photographic lenses. In the simplest succession of their inscribed squares of the figure 1 are the reason series Ö2,  following the measures of the segments of its axes. Their whole numbers agree with double length of their segments.  Another double series is like successive areas.

Some has attributed to the same Kepler the possible insinuation of implicit succession of double distances or a double series masked. Almost two centuries later a double series would appear as Titius-Bode Law or simply Bode Law, consistent in the adoption of  0, 3, 6, 12, etc. and adding the number 4 for observe its coincidence with planetary distances. Measured in 1/10 astronomical unit.

Here is presented a first conflict.
 The scale's double in the figure 1 refer to areas, not at linear distances. The law of Bode refers to double linear distances. However, this coincides when they occupy only whole numbers. That is to say, on a linear dimension of 1 - 1,4 - 2 - 2,8 - 4 -  etc. the planet can only be in positions of  1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, etc.

The details of the figure 1 discover the minimum distance that separates the squares of the central point is on the axes of abscissas and ordinates. The maxim distances in the diagonal ends are 1,414...(=Ö2) of the minimum ones. This provides two limits for the squares.

But 0,2929  is a part of the rectangular axes. It occupies the exterior wreath of area that has equal intern area.
The 0,2929 have need of an extension of 1+0,7071 for the encircling part, in this case 1,7071x0.2929 = 0,5.
Where 1-0,2929 = 0,7071 (=1/
Ö2).   It indicates the important line's RMS values for cyclical sine waves.

We point out something that seems obvious because this relationship also has the utility to transfer to arithmetic and geometry a form quantum of Solar System.

How will we survive a catastrophe in the ocean, ignoring where there is a saving ship? or, how will we find the asymmetric points on symmetrical nodes?

Although it seems incredible, nature has been able to have this structure to play the well known game of the sinking of ships on the grid. A special interpretation inverted.
Where everything can sink, excepting the saving ships. Here each ship only occupies a node.

Before drowning in a supposedly chaotic sea in a catastrophe, the shipwrecked should find the ships. They are the particles in search of nodes. This would be our game.
The game that plays the nature begins when from a point of an environment a catastrophe happens.  A great quantity of masses with energy, perpendicularly is spread.
It reaches certain limits and it is reflected. Before attenuating, it oscillates as an echo in a box of resonance. The mass and energy try to find the points where to settle down. The shipwrecked person has little time to lose, going at random.

The nature has been cruel in both cases, but on the other hand it has established 5 rules to find them.
The energy and the matter know it. The shipwrecked person ignores it.

For luck, the perpendicular dimensions also have other incompatibilities.
This way, the fundamental nodes must be on concrete abscissas.
These abscissas are naturally: zero, ±0,7071...  and the limit abscissa of the squares, ±1.

The game begins.
Before the catastrophe it was a symmetrical order. Fig. 2.
Introduced momentary chaos, a conflict among the symmetries (the structure distribution), the equivalence (equal division for 7, 2929), the asymmetries (exclusive property) and demands of the successive order, appears.

The fractional part supposes a frontier tunnel in infinite connection.
The interior structure represents nodes among whole numbers.

Rules.
1.- "Only it fits a natural point  (life ship) on the fundamental angle of each equal division.” However, it has 7 possible nodes. (The possible number is limited to each angle). Fig. 2, 3, 4 y 5.

2.- "In the catastrophe, couples symmetrical points are transferred to an exclusive position of the effective section (1/7,2929), of rights quadrants (+) from zero of abscissas.” The central one is without displacing. (We limit the search to 2 quadrants). Fig. 3 and 5.

3.- "The displaced ship's nodes are on the right side angles from the zero vertexes." (We isolated the half of sides). Fig.3 and 5.

4.- " The displacements go away successively with an abscissa more, from the axis zero and from distance zero. "  (Their position is located)  Fig. 3 and 4.
Consequently when bending by the axis, the busy asymmetries don't coincide but they supplement order. Fig. 4.
This way, an asymmetric node must be exclusively on its abscissa and its symmetrical ones.
However, everything doesn't finish this way. A second perpendicular dimension appears from excess charge, accidents or mutinies. Ships leave in two and in these cases the rule 5 substitute for the rule 4.

5.- " With broken displacements, also on 1/Ö2 and central axis new areas broken in two for to occupy the most opposed exclusive abscissas in their lines."

We find atomic analogies with the formation of dipolar moments and, or, "When particles or packages of waves unfolded, they went away toward opposed ends. " (C. Stroud and J. Yeazell. Rochester. 1991, C. Monroe and D. J. Wineland. NIST. Boulder.1996).
The nature surprisingly also here repeats its formulas in the partition of the cells for mitosis. The chromosomes duplicated previously in the metaphase form an equatorial line. In the anaphase they leave and they go toward the perpendicular opposed poles. In the telophase, the different poles are rejected, believe barriers and they separate finally.

The horizontal distance order of points of figure 5 corresponds to Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.

An active testimony to Ö2 is the cosmic speed presence, in order of the Solar System.
The horizontal velocity needed an artificial satellite upon overcoming the gravity that corresponds to the attraction from a planetary surface, first cosmic velocity is called.
If this circular speed is increased in 1,414 in escape speed is transformed.

Nevertheless, an escape velocity for a planet becomes elliptic with respect to the Sun, as does any other planet.
To be free of Sun force a planet an increase requires of velocity again by
Ö2.

The Earth speed is approximately 29.76 km/s. Its speed of flight of the Solar System would be of 29.76xÖ2 = 42,1 km. /s.

This last one is distinguished to be added about a stable speed.

To value action and reaction, we would have to relate to the impulse speed limit exit from the system with a setback.
A supposition, that we do not seeks to prove, this would justify a structure.
If the addition of x
Ö2 is the speed that would transfer a half  planet to the exterior of the Solar System, it is also the speed that would take to the other half planet in half distance.
Then all the planets would have some permanent linking with two limits.

We have prints of a natural scale succession for 2 in Solar System.
The decisive thing is that
Ö2 is an expression different from physical laws as the evident gravity.
It doesn't depend on any constant.
It is a structural condition for physical magnitudes.
On the other hand, the beautiful structures that show numerous explosions of stars, cannot be built by simple gravity. This renovates the polemic about the gravity and their geometric submission.

Then it exists: a first domain of the gravity of the issuing planet; the domain of the circular speeds; the domain of the parabolic speeds and the field of the hyperbolic speeds.
Somehow, this supposes put steps to the gravity.

In the same way, the mechanic quantum, the structure of sounds, the structure of electromagnetic waves, the rule of atomic construction, etc.

We know, the gravity law is a continuous law until the infinite. However practically it should be applied to discontinuous or closed forms with potential barriers.
With the physics that studies today the solar system, any planetary position is possible and they are where they are by chance. A celestial body happening close would affect the position of all of the planets.
Does it distance and is time continuous with discontinuous speed? It should not happen for discontinuous speeds, neither with cosmic speeds linked to structure of a double law it distances. This linking would go against the previous simplicity.

The law of gravity explains the laws of Kepler, but it cannot predict the observance of a pure law of Bode. Although the relativity applies and the mass curves to the space and the time, it would lack the quantum. If on the contrary we admit the quantification in the atom for the intervention of the similar law of Coulomb, we admit the quantified law.
It is the same used law to establish the distance of the atomic levels in transition state from the first equations of Bohr and of Schrödinger that interprets a supposed reality.

A planetary system with levels of resonance would suppose a suspicion of solar system quantification, when involving distances of whole values in its structure. We will have to accept its coexistence with the physics to the square.

Then the allowed places are predictable by the successive exclusion of angles sides and abscissas. We here remember the exclusion rules discovered by Pauli for the quantum numbers.
We find other atomic analogies. The electrons change its turn, when passing over a barrier for the tunnel effect. It is the case of trajectories turn of Venus and Pluto when passing above the limit 0,7071... 
(1/Ö2).

 To justify this work the questions are:
Why a simple plane, made only of symmetrical straight lines, it can represent all the dimensions of a curved full Solar System?
Why is the physics of the orbits manifested with square and cube laws instead of circle or sphere?
Why is the Titius-Bode law, inexact for planetary distances to become simpler and more exact law for structure lines?
Why do their levels divide their space in uniform and symmetrical units?
Why is the equivalence of its levels according to other known physics by different references?
Why characteristic of fractal structure repeating only one  fractional figure does have, in their construction, toward smaller dimensions?
Why developing the subtracted reflections two halves are reflected, that acquire characteristic of a hologram of reduced reproductions, on 1/
Ö2 originated? (Figs.34, 35 and 36, second part).
Why does it contain a symmetrical expansion of its centre and not regard to the Sun?
Why does it show the existence of a point zero and hour zero in the history of the Solar System?
Why the ordinates and the abscissas, generated for their nodes have to be exclusive?
Why applying exclusion rules to its lines, is the position of the planets predicted?
Why can all this be obtained using a single fraction, (0,13711=1/7,2929), as only construction measure, by chance?

Since the fine structure also appears in fractal adaptations, (137,036 = 1/0,0072973). Does not number turn out to be curious to be so near to the number of the fine structure that mentions Feymann?

It's one of the greatest damn mysteries of physics: a magic number that comes to us with no understanding by man. You might say the "hand of God" wrote that number, and "we don't know how He pushed his pencil."
