The gastronomy of Sagra
has mediterranean character, with dishes prepared with our land produtcs.
The most typical dishes are: "arròs amb fesols I naps", "sangueta amb seba"
and putxero amb penques".
The
sweetes are also very good, especialy the "Braç de gitano".
Also,
to known sagra you should taste the oranges, sweet and with juice, these oranges
are made in the fields around the urban nucleus.
