emulation: how to use an amstrad cpc emulator

To start you'll need an emulator(a program that emulates the amstrad cpc hardware in another machine)
We have select arnold emulator which is available for pc computers running windows or linux
Once we run arnold we'll see amstrad cpc screen

1.select the disc image(.dsk files) you want to use

2.type cat in the emulator to see the disc catalog

3.to run the program, type run"archive_name. the names of the file we can run are them without extension, or with bin or bas extension

4.voilá

5.if when we try to obtain the disc catalog we get this error:'read fail'.press c(cancel)

6.and try to run the program typing |cpm. you can obtain the | in the emulator pressing shift and the key at the right of the p key
