Comsa 1608 CLASS 316 (ex-Renfe 1600) DL-500-A

Class 316 was the first serie of diesel locomotives in Renfe, with 17 units built.
They are bi-cabin (except prototype DL-500 ex-1615) and for broad Spanish gauge (1668 mm).
9 units are still working, owned by different construction companies. Motor type: 251-C-3.
Maximum speed: 120 Km/h. Nominal Power: 1105 kW (1500 HP).
Unit 316-015 (ex-1615), known as "Marilyn", is preserved at Madrid Delicias Museum.

Comsa 1809 CLASS 318 (ex-Renfe 1800) DL-500-C

Class 318 Renfe: 24 units were built.
They are bi-cabin and for broad Spanish gauge (1668 mm).
Only 1 unit, 1809, is still working, owned by TECSA.
Motor type: 251-B. Maximum speed: 120 Km/h.
Nominal Power: 1457 kW (1980 HP).
Loc. 1812 is preserved at Galicia Railway Museum in original green-silver livery, in operating state for historic trains.
