THE HOUSE AND ITS ENVIRONMENT
Cases Artigues are two rustic houses located in Os de Civis. Catalunya . Alt Urgell (Lleida). Which offer visitors the opportunity of enjoying beautiful landscapes and the harmonious traditional life of the mountains at the same time as enjoying the modernity and comfort of its facilities.
The houses are located in the centre of the village at 1650 metres above sea level and an entry point to the Alt Pirineu National Park which was opened in 2003. It is also only 18 Km from La Seu d’Urgell.
Its location near the ski resorts of La Rabassa (Andorra) and La Seu d’Urgell (Spain ) allows people to practice both alpine and cross country skiing.
The houses are very comfortable and well equipped with wooden furniture and provide accommodation for 10 people.
In the basement there is a garage with two parking places, a utility room and the entrance hall.
On the first floor there is the living and the dining area with a fire place, sofas, TV satelit, video, a kitchen with a fridge, a freezer a cooker, a dishwasher a microwave and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and a balcony with superb views of the mountains.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms a bath and a balcony.
On the atic there are four single beds and a bath with a shower.
Outside, next to the house you will find an excellent “solarium” and a barbecue to share with other guests
