Whether and really this people such no-development in the state construction from "too reasonable" neighbours, how are you think ? Many specialists at once will start to result historical dates, to refer to "incontestable" Decrees and Orders on so-called state dependence. Like you would not will argue, and what for to argue - in fact well, that neighbours have learned and to read and write for centuries of the neighbourhood with Ukraine and they already have written history. But certainly has not done without Bezborodko and other hereditary statesmen from Ukraine (but it can and be not advertised), they have written and have ratified so much "legal documents". The same real development, in fact before to ratify - the document it was read, discussed, corrected, - people developed, that by us-Ukrainians is welcomed only.

What huge efforts it was necessary to apply(put) authorities to bring up this aspiration constantly to assert "independence", and as result "the devil-may-care attitude(relation) " to problems of a peace life (if the person should and it is ready to offer at any moment a life, he will not struggle for percent(interest) from the profit). Understood it in Russia? Certainly, and "kill-hunger", and " bloody break Cossacks" descendants of the Ukrainian Cossacks on Kuban in 1920, and epoch-making projects "on resettlement Ukrainians to Siberia " (fortunately not realized) - all this revolt "have enslaved the responsibility" ethnos - Russians. Brilliant geopolitical plan of Bogdan Khmelnitskiy (its have partly solved in Poland only, and that at an intuitive level) was completely realized by his rather wise and hardworking people. Therefore, as though who would like, but conclusions of Polish scientist F.Konechny, Russian scientist N.Danilevkogo and Ukrainian Russian G.ShChekina, that "in the struggle is won with the lowest civilization" completely are incorrect (Vasiljev A., 2003). Really we today face to creation of "the Globe of Ukraine ", and it very much not simply and demands constructive work, both intelligence of Ukraine, and all Ukrainian diasporas.

In general a role of the leader – is a heavy role. But in ХХ1 century to use the "Byzantian" wisdom already is impossible - really other more responsible(crucial) time, TIME of CHANGES. Also it is the Big Success, that in Ukraine was found the Washington for East Europe (George Busha's definition) - Victor Andreevich Jushchenko (Washington of Ukraine), at this particular time,.
