Estimado Señor,

Estamos profundamente condolidos por la nueva ola de violencia del la banda terrorista "ETA" en España.

Queremos expresar nuestra solidaridad más profunda a todas  las personas inocentes heridas y a los familiares de las  victimas mortales.

Y oramos a DIOS por  la pronta recuperación  y salud de todas las víctimas de este calculado acto terrorista.

Ésta es la guerra existente en la actualidad, contra la vida honesta y la decencia, que nos invade y dirige la red terrorista internacional en todas las esquinas de planeta, y específicamente en España, un país democrático de Europa,  como usted sabe muy bien, Señor Presidente, esta acción terrorista está ligada a la intención separatista del terrorismo autóctono vasco de ETA.

¿Cómo se puede ofrecer resistencia a esta situación? ¿cómo puede hacerlo Usted solo? ¿Cómo pueden los ciudadanos, las personas, luchar contra los caníbales del siglo XXI? ¿cómo puede hacerlo usted, que representa a la voluntad de todos los ciudadanos de su País?

¡Es preciso convencerse- que la conquista sólo es posible por la asociación o suma de  todos los esfuerzos hacia el BIEN y que políticamente están  representadas por la valores de la DEMOCRACIA en Europa y en América!

Pero no se puede olvidar cuales son los objetivos centrales del desarrollo de HUMANIDAD y los Propósitos del Milenio aceptados por las Naciones Unidas en año 2000. La Comunidad Mundial no puede desarrollarse sin la tendencia a lograr una Meta GRANDE y LUMINOSA.

Su Gobierno durante el pasado año 2006 mostró un deseo de Paz como muy necesario e imprescindible para conseguir  el logro de cumplir con la realización de los Propósitos de Milenio, tras aportar 700 millones de dólares para su realización. La red mundial terrorista no podría perdonar a España su iniciativa.  Su optimismo para lograr el proceso de Paz en España, por métodos pacíficos, tampoco se lo perdona la banda  ETA, que como  usted comprende muy bien  en  España ETA es el enemigo número uno de la PAZ.

Pero por su ataque actual, ellos se pusieron fuera de la ley, y  Usted ha comprendido inmediatamente con su propuesta de  soluciones en una sociedad democrática. Sr. Presidente (!). Nosotros le apoyamos completamente en Sus soluciones justas, y esperamos que España en su combate irreconciliable contra el terrorismo sea, y pensamos que así es, apoyada por la comunidad mundial.

Nuestro fundador de Comité Internacional Civil y Presidente - presidente del Azov (ucraniano) del Departamento de la Academia de Ciencias Económicas y la Actividad de la Empresa, el académico ucraniano, ruso y de la Academia de Nueva York, autor de la Ley de Preservación del trabajo (Law of preservation of the Labour) profesor universitario de la Universidad Nacional de Ucrania, doctor Valery Alexandrovich Vasiljev, que dejó esta Tierra el pasado 12 de diciembre de 2006, diría obligatoriamente que nosotros debemos prestar una atención mayor a la solución de los principios, de  los problemas científicos económicos en todas las ramas de actividad económica. Él diría que tales estudios impactan seriamente y enteramente en la red terrorista creando el "caldo de cultivo" psicológico de la guerra". Estos estudios contribuirian a tomar por parte de la Humanidad una responsabilidad para el desarrollo positivo ÚNICO de toda la sociedad planetaria.

Y nosotros estamos completamente conformes con el doctor Valery A. Vasiljev. Contribuiremos hoy a la movilización de las fuerzas dirigidas un nivel más alto, a través de un medio como es Internet, mediante FOROS de opinión. Buscaremos  ideas y soluciones, que permitan unir las fuerzas de las personas  honradas de la Tierra en un plano superior. Nosotros siempre apoyaremos a las grandes personas de España en su forcejeo inflexible por el  Futuro positivo de la Civilización, cuestión a la que ya han contribuido notablemente en los últimos siglos.
 

Deseamos que sus esfuerzos para la Paz en España, basados en la Justicia, sean fructíferos.

We are deeply worried by the new wave of violence of bands "ETA" in Spain.

This is the present war against the honesty and the decency, which conducts the international terrorist network in all corners of planet. and specifically in Spain, a democratic country of Europe, as you knows very well, Mr. President, this terrorist action is bound to the intention separatist of the terrorism autochthonous Basque of ETA.

How to that all it is possible to resist, how are YOU ? How to people to fight with cannibals in XXI century, how are YOU ?

We are convinced - to conquer is possible only by association of the efforts of all forces of good and democracy in Europe and in America!

But it cannot be forgotten about the central objectives of the development of humanity and about the Purposes of Millennium, accepted by the United Nations in 2000. The world community cannot be developed without the tendency toward achieving of large and bright Goal.

Your government during December 2006 showed peace how necessary to fight for the realization of the Purposes of Millennium, after directing 700 million dollars for their realization. Terrorist worldwide network could not forgive to Spain its. Their optimism to achieve the process of Peace in Spain, for peaceful methods, neither the band ETA forgives to You to him that understands very well in Spain ETA as you know she is the enemy number one of the PEACE.

But by their current attack they placed themselves out of the law, that You immediately realized in your solutions, Mr. President (!). We completely support you in Your solutions and hope that Spain in its irreconcilable combating of terrorism will support entire world community.

Our founder of Civil International Committee and the President- chairman of the Azov (Ukrainian) department of the Academy of economic sciences and owner's activity, the academician of Ukrainian, Russian and New York academies, the author of the Law of Preservation of Labour, the professor of University "Ukraine" Valery Alexandrovich Vasiljev, who left this earth of 12.12.2006 years, he would compulsorily say that we should pay to all larger attention to the solution of the fundamental economic scientific problems of the comparative estimation of real labour cost in all branches of economic activity. He would say that such studies appear to the most serious impacts on the entire terrorist network, on all who creates the "heat wave of psychological war". They will contribute to taking by humanity of responsibility for the positive development together with the Earth of entire near space.

And we are completely agreeable with him. We will today mobilize forces for the conducting at the high level of our THE INTERNET - Forums. We will further search for the ideas and the solutions, which will allow to unite forces all honest people of the Earth. We will always support the Great People of Spain in His uncompromising struggle for the Future of entire Civilization, which He conducts already several last centuries.

We want that their efforts for the Peace in Spain, based on the Justice, be fruitful.

Уважаемый господин Президент !

Мы глубоко встревожены новой волной насилия банд "ЭТА" в Испании.

Мы выражаем глубокое сочувствие всем невинно пострадавшим гражданам Испании. И молим Господа о сохранении жизни и здоровья всем против кого был совершен террористический акт.

Это настоящая война против честности и порядочности, которую ведет международная террористическая сеть во всех уголках планеты.

Как всему этому можно противостоять? Как людям бороться с канибалами в ХХ1 веке ?

Мы убеждены - победить можно только объединением усилий всех сил добра и демократии в Европе и в Америке !

Но нельзя забывать о главных Целях развития Человечества и о Целях Тысячелетия, принятых объединенными нациями в 2000 году. Мировое сообщество не может развиваться без стремления к достижению большой и светлой Цели.

ВАше правительство в декабре 2006 года показало миру как надо бороться за реализацию Целей Тысячелетия, направив 700 миллионов долларов для их осуществления. Этого не могла Испании простить террористическая мировая сеть.

Но своей очередной атакой они поставили себя вне закона, что Вы сразу же реализовали в своих решениях, господин Президент. Мы Вас полностью поддерживаем в Ваших решениях и надеемся, что Испанию в её непримиримой борьбе с терроризмом поддержит все мировое сообщество.

Наш основатель Гражданского Международного Комитета и Президент-председатель Азовского (украинского) отделения Академии экономических наук и предпринимательской деятельности, академик Украинской, Российской и Нью-Йоркской академий, автор закона сохранения труда, профессор университета «Украина» Валерий Александрович Васильев, который покинул эту землю 12.12.2006 года, обязательно сказал бы, что нам всем необходимо уделить большее внимание решению фундаментальных экономических научных проблем сравнительной оценки реальных трудовых затрат во всех отраслях хозяйственной деятельности. Он бы сказал, что такие исследования являются самым серьезным ударам по всей террористической сети, по всем кто создает «волны теплой психологической войны», они будут способствовать взятию человечеством ответственности за позитивное развитие вместе с Землёй всего близлежащего космического пространства.

И мы полностью согласны с ним. Мы сегодня мобилизуем силы для проведения на высоком уровне наших ИНТЕРНЕТ – Форумов. Мы будем и дальше искать идеи и решения, которые позволят объединять силы всем честным людям Земли. Мы будем всегда поддерживать Великий Народ Испании в его бескомпромиссной борьбе за будущее всей Цивилизации, которую он ведет уже несколько последних столетий.
