About motion of написння dissertation works.
Listened:
of the associate professor G.V. Vojtenko, which works above dissertation work on a theme the «Regional aspects of forming and use of labour potential of village in the conditions of becoming of market economy» (on the example of regions of the Carpathians Region). The scientific leader is Lendel Michael Andreyevich is doctor of economic sciences, professor, corresponding member URAS. Substantive provisions and results of dissertation research were given in the reports by an author at Regional science-practical conference «Strategy of steady development of Za-Carpathians: ecological and economical and social models» (Uzhgorod, November, 30, 2001), to the International conference of «Mountain and people: in the context of steady development» (Rakhiv, on October, 14-18, 2002), to the International science-practical conference the «Ecological and socio-economic aspects of saving of ethnic-cultural and historical legacy of Carpathians» (Rakhiv, 1-5, 09; 2005), to the International science-practical conference «Contribution of scientists of the Carpathians region to world development of science, culture, society» (Khust, on April, 19-21, 2005), scientific conferences of professor-lecture’s composition of the Carpathians institute of enterprise HSOЗ OIUDM «Ukraine» (Khust) - 3 times.Dissertation consists of entry, three sections, conclusions, list of the used sources. Work is laid out on 200 pages of computer text, are contained 33 tables, 9 pictures.
The associate professor N.U. Voloshuk with the theme of scientific research is the «Regional features of entrepreneurial activity of small and middle business», scientific leader is the candidate of economic sciences Bigan Anna Ivanovna. On this time dissertation is executed on 70%. Previous defenses have planned in 2008. Two scientific articles already went out under the names: «Tolіng - as mutually beneficial partnership between developed in the economic relations countries» (Uzhgorod, volume 13 leaves), «Openness, active participation in the international division of labor are ways to prosperity of region, State» (Dnepropetrovsk, volume is 16 seal leaves), third accepted to the seal under the name «Entrepreneurial activity is important factor of development of economy of region» (Hmelnicsk, volume – 10 leaves). 11 articles are approved at conferences in towns of Ukraine (Kiev, Lvov, Rakhiv, Khust). Candidate's minimums are handed over on philosophy and English on «fine». In February, 2007 graduate school is complete after the direction «Economy» at the Za-Carpathians scientific institute.
About participation of department in the program of UNEP«Plant for a Planet» in 2007
Listened: manager by the department A.V. Vasiljev about participation in the program of the United Nations (UNEP) Organization of «Plant for the Planet» of the Carpathians institute of enterprise HSO OIUDM «Ukraine». Idea to take part in this program was initiated on science seminar of the department "The prospects of International co-operation in conditions fast the agglomeration of Ukraine into European Union" (23.01.2007) and on the science-practical conference «Carpathians of my folks, my Ukraine (education, economy, enterprise, ecology)», conducted by the Carpathians institute of enterprise on April, 25-27, 2007
Decreed:
to guidance of the Carpathians institute of enterprise to support initiative of participation in the program of the UN «UNEP" – "Plant for the Planet»;
to declare gratitude to the intermountain economies of foresters, which undertook the obligation jointly with the students of the Carpathians institute of enterprise to plant a 660 thousand 500 trees in 2007;
to support within the framework of afore-mentioned initiative of implementation of the program the «Red book of cultures of Europe», namely: to execute the program of «Plant for the Planet» with participation of students of leading educational establishments of all Carpathians Region (Romania, Poland, Slovakia and other).
About support of ideas of intelligentsia of Western Ukraine in relation to creation of civil society in Ukraine
Listened: Dr.еcon. (PhD), high empl., manager by the department A.V. Vasiljev, which marked that in National Museum of Lvov on August, 8, 2007 efforts of chairman of the civil association «Christian Ukraine» Miroslav Danilko conducted a round table «Mission of christian-citizen in forming of the Ukrainian State».
A round table gave possibility to pull out and discuss the following ideas:
It is necessary organizationally to design national motion, which is for a purpose will be given in social and political life the standards of christian moral, morality and spirituality.
To activate glorification of Andrey Sheptycki, as «Most Great King of the Greek-Catholic Church».
To begin a wide propagandist campaign in relation to introduction in the universities of Ukraine of course of «Basis of Christian ethics", and also about continuation of studies to bases of Christianity at schools of a to 11 class.
To begin to print the series of the materials «True about Greek-Catholic Church» in mass medias, and also «Veritable history of the state system of Ukraine/ Gothey – Gettmanshiny».
To begin to inform the citizens of Western Ukraine about concrete possibilities of Papal Academy of Life and begin to create the bank of vacancies for employment of graduating students of Academy.
To be connected all civil forces to implementation of the program of the Incorporated Nations (UNEP) of «Plant for the Planet» which is already executed by our Institute of University "Ukraine" and Lvov’s Representative Office by name W. Leontjef of Azov’s Department of Academy of ES&E.
To begin program development of support of Services of Divine at LVK and begin a dialog between Christian Churches about compatible celebration of momentous dates general for a Christians.
Decreed:
Carpathians Institute of enterprise to join to the ideas of intelligentsia of Western Ukraine in relation to creation of civil society of Ukraine.
About distributing of functional duties of lectures of department.
Listened: A.V. Vasiljev acquainted functional duties with the project of distributing присутніх after the teachers of department. Yes, he suggested to define the leading specialists of department responsible on methodical, research and educational work and declared the offered distributing:
G.V. Vojtenko is deputy of manager of department and deputy of manager of department on навчально-методичній work;

Про хід написння дисертаційних робіт.
Слухали:
в.о. доцента Войтенко Г.В., яка працює над дисертаційною роботою на тему «Регіональні аспекти формування і використання трудового потенціалу села в умовах становлення ринкової економіки» (на прикладі областей Карпатського регіону). Науковий керівник Лендєл Михайло Андрійович - доктор економічних наук, професор, член-кореспондент УААН. Основні положення та результати дисертаційного дослідження доповідалися автором на Регіональній науково-практичній конференції «Стратегія сталого розвитку Закарпаття : еколо-економічні та соціальні моделі» (м. Ужгород, 30 листопад 2001 р.), Міжнародній конференції «Гори і люди: у контексті сталого розвитку» (м. Рахів, 14-18 жовтня 2002 р.), Міжнародній науково-практичній конференції «Екологічні та соціально-економічні аспекти збереження етнокультурної та історичної спадщини Карпат» (м. Рахів 1-5 вересняя 2005 р.), Міжнародній науково-практичній конференції «Внесок вчених Карпатського регіону у світовий розвиток науки , культури, суспільства» (м. Хуст, 19-21 квітня 2005 р.), наукових конференціях професорсько-викладацького складу Карпатського інституту підприємництва ВНЗ ВМУРоЛ «Україна» (м. Хуст) 3 рази.Дисертація складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. Робота викладена на 200 сторінках комп’ютерного тексту, містить 33 таблиці, 9 рисунків.
В.о. доцента Волощук Н.Ю. з темою наукового дослідження «
Регіональні особливості підприємницької діяльності малого та середнього бізнесу», науковий керівник - кандидат економічних наук Біган Ганна Іванівна. На даний час дисертація виконана на 70%. Попередній захист планується в 2008 році. Дві наукові статті вже вийшли під назвами: «Толінг, як взаємовигідне партнерство між розвинутими в економічних відносинах країнами» (Ужгород, обсяг 13 аркушів), «Відкритість, активна участь у міжнародному розподілі праці – шляхи до процвітання регіону, держави» (Дніпропетровськ, обсяг – 16 друк. аркушів), третя прийнята до друку під назвою «Підприємницька діяльність – важливий фактор розвитку економіки регіону» (Хмельницьк, обсяг – 10 аркушів). Апробовано на конференціях у містах України (Київ, Львів, Рахів, Хуст) 11 статей. Здано кандидатські мінімуми по філософії та англійській мові на «відмінно». У лютому 2007 року закінчено аспірантуру за напрямом «Економіка» при Закарпатському науковому інституті.
Про участь кафедри в програмі ЮНЕП «
Дерева для планети» 2007Слухали:
завідувача кафедрою О.В. Васильєва про участь у програмі Організації Об'єднаних Націй (ЮНЕП) «Дерева для планети» Карпатського інституту підприємництва ВНЗ ВМУРоЛ «Україна». Ідея прийняти участь у цій програмі була ініційована на науковому семінарі кафедри «Перспективи міжрегіонального співробітництва в умовах прискорення інтеграції України у Європейське співтовариство" та на науково-практичній конференції «Карпати рідні, моя Україна (освіта, економіка, підприємництво, екологія)», проведеної Карпатським інститутом підприємництва 25-27 квітня 2007 р.Ухвалили:
керівництву Карпатського інституту підприємництва підтримати ініціативу участі в програмі ООН «
оголосити подяку Міжгірським господарствам лісничих, які узяли на себе зобов'язання спільно із студентами Карпатського інституту підприємництва посадити 660 тисяч 500 дерев в 2007 році;
підтримати в рамках вищезгаданої ініціативи виконання програми «
Червона книга культур Європи», а саме: виконати програму «Дерева планеті» з участю студентів провідних учбових закладів всього Карпатського регіону (Румунії, Польщі, Словаччини і інших).Про підтримку ініціатів інтелігенції Західної України щодо створення громадянського суспільства в Україні
Слухали: д.е.н., с.н.с. завідувача кафедрою О.В. Васильєва, який зазначив, що у Національному Музеї м. Львова 8 серпня 2007 р. зусиллями голови цивільного об'єднання «
Християнська Україна» Мирослава Данилко був проведений круглий стіл «Місія християнина-громадянина у формуванні Української держави».Круглий стіл дав можливість висунути і обговорити наступні ідеї:
1. Необхідно організаційно оформити загальнонаціональний рух, який має за мету привнести в суспільно-політичне життя стандарти християнської моралі, моральності і духовності.
2. Активізувати прославляння Андрія Шептіцкого, як «
3. Почати широку пропагандистську кампанію щодо введення в університетах України курсу «
Основи християнської етики», а також про продовження навчання основам християнства в школах до 11 класу.4. Почати друкувати у засобах масової інформації серію матеріалів «
Правда про Грекокатолицьку Церкву», а також «Істинна історія державності України/Готії -Гетманщини».5. Почати інформувати громадян Західної України про конкретні можливості Папської Академії Життя і почати створювати банк вакансій для працевлаштування випускників Академії.
6. Підключитися всіх цивільних сил до виконання програми Об'єднаних Націй (ЮНЕП) «
Дерева для Планети», яку вже виконує наш вуз і Львівське Представництво ним. В.Леонтьева Азовського відділення Академії ЕНі ПД.7. Почати розробку програм підтримки Служб Божих у ЛВК і почати діалог між християнськими Церквами про сумісне святкування загальних для християн знаменних дат.
Ухвалили:
Карпатському інститутут підприємництва приєднатися до ініціатів інтелігенції Західної України щодо створення громадянського суспільства України.
Про розподіл функціональних обов’язків викладачів кафедри.
Слухали: О.В. Васильєв ознайомив присутніх з проектом розподілу функціональних обов’язків за викладачами кафедри. Так, він запропонував визначити провідних спеціалістів кафедри відповідальними по методичній, науково-дослідній та навчальній роботі і оголосив пропонований розподіл:
Войтенко Г.В. – заступник завідуючого кафедри та заступник завідуючого кафедри по навчально-методичній роботі;
Волощук Н.Ю. - заступник завідуючого кафедри по науковій роботі;
Ревть Ю.І. - заступник завідуючого кафедри по організаційній роботі.

. – заступник завідуючого кафедри по виховній роботі.В обговоренні прийняли участь всі викладачі кафедри і підтримали цю пропозицію.

Проект розподілу функціональних обов’язків взяти за основу.
Про розробку профорієнтаційних матеріалів для вступників
Слухали: О.В. Васильєва про розробку профорієнтаційного матеріалу для абітурієнтів по кожній спеціальності. Термін виконання: до кінця тижня.
Інформування складу кафедри по створенню кооперативу по будівництву житлового будинку.
Слухали: О.В. Васильєва, який ознайомив присутні з програмою будівництва.
Підтвердження затвердженого у 2006 році наукового напрямку кафедри «

В.О. Васильєв пояснив присутнім основні положення закону Збереження Праці та обгрунтував актуальність його застосування щодо наукової роботи.Ухвалили:
Підтвердити затверджений у 2006 році науковий напрям кафедри та відкрити науково-дослідну працю на цю тему, зареєстрував її у Інституті науково-технічної інформації (Київ).
