Мне очень хотелось оценить объективно возможность реализации Твоих предложений. Постарался посмотреть на нашу работу в «зеркале общественного мнения Закарпатья».
Первое - постарался узнать мнение студентов вообще о деятельности нашей организации и о ценности для них тех возможностей, которые она дает в плане участия в научных конференциях в ООН и сотрудничества с Биографическими Центрами. Я сегодня могу сказать, что отношение намного более обнадёживающее, чем в Одессе. Там с нами активно сотрудничали только «особые» студенты, а большинство смотрело на результат этого сотрудничества, которому никто сначала не мешал, но никто потом и не поддерживал. «Осторожность, осторожность и ещё раз осторожность» - девиз промосковской Одессы Януковича.
Уровень духовной культуры в Закарпатье намного выше, чем в Одессе. И это объективный факт.
Второе – постарался получить анкетную информацию относительно основных практических идей, которые Ты изложил в своем письме. И вот получил следующие результаты:
1.
Характеристику ситуации в мире "Ситуация характеризуется тревожностью и катострофами. Однако, в таких масштабах, что есть возможность предотвратить негативное развертывание событий. Но необходимо “собирать камни”, концентрируя все силы против ненависти и смерти, увеличивая силы добра в Мире” оценили следующим образом:а) 20 процентов опрошенных сказали, что "она полностью отвечает моему пониманию ситуации";
б) 40 процентов опрошенных сказали, что "в основном эта характеристика отвечает действительности";
в) 20 % - "данная характеристика затронула много важных аспектов современной ситуации";
г) 20% - "данная характеристика имеет право на существование".
Но самое главное такие характеристики, как "данная характеристика не отражает сложившуюся ситуацию", "не могу согласиться со многими моментами данной характеристики сложившейся ситуации" и "данная характеристика абсолютно не соответствует сложившейся ситуации" не отметил никто !! Такой результат сегодня в Восточной Европе возможен только в Закарпатье !

На вопрос “Какие Вы видите пути преодоления современного кризиса?" были сделаны предложения :а) «
создание мировой сети сторонников мира в каждой стране и во всех конфессиях" - поддержало ТРИДЦАТЬ (30%) процентов опрошенных . Это не просто хорошо, а очень хороший показатель, который говорит о своевременности Твоего поиска !б) "усиление пропаганды реальных знаний о мире и духовности с целью повысить уровень понимания людьми основных Целей Человечества" - поддержало тоже тридцать (30%) опрошенной молодёжи. Я убежден, что это очень хороший показатель не только для Восточной Европы, но и для всей Европы. И конечно, это говорит о целесообразности нашей работы.
в) "усиление роли и скоординированности работы уже существующих организаций" -поддержало также тридцать (30%) опрошенной молодёжи. Я ожидал такой высокой активности в оценки этой альтернативы – очень много всевозможных организаций создано сейчас в Украине.
Мы понимаем, конечно, как и зачем они создавались, но людям и даже мне не хочется видеть надоевших всем режиссеров за каждой такой организацией и очень хочется верить, что они все-таки делают добро людям.г) "усиленине просветительной работы среди людей всех рас и национальносте, всех групп населения" - поддержало двадцать (20%) опрошенной молодёжи. И такую же поддержку получило предложение "решать все сложные проблемы, исходя из высоких моральных принципов исповедуя принципы «любви к ближнему». Это мне кажется возможно было только на Закарпатье. Я хочу особенно еще раз подчеркнуть, что уровень духовности на Закарпатье выше, чем в других областях Украины.
Д) "Способствовать через духовное восприятие созданию "царства божия на земле" путем формирования планетарной иерархии, духовной интеллигенции мира, расширению позитивного взаимодействия и сотрудничества на весь Мир" – хотя и поддержало только десять (10%)
опрошенных, но и это очень хорошо. Это слишком необычно в “море” той непонятной информации, которой заливают народ Украины “московское” и “промосковское” телевидение. Это настоящий успех всех духовно развитых людей в Закарпатье.Но важно подчеркнуть особо, что предложения "усиление роли и скоординированности работы уже существующих организаций" и "решать все сложные проблемы, исходя из высоких моральных принципов исповедуя принципы «любви к ближнему» одновременно поддержало тридцать (30%) опрошенных ! Это хорошая основа для конкретных позитивных инициатив.
А предложения «усиление пропаганды реальных знаний о мире и духовности с целью повысить уровень понимания людьми основных Целей Человечества" и "усиление роли и скоординированности работы уже существующих организаций" одновременно поддержало двадцать (20%) опрошенных. Вот они и будут готовить доклады на международные конференции.
Но есть ещё один обнадёживающий момент – все опрошенные мною являются молодыми людьми в возрасте от 17 до 24 лет, которые реально стремятся к знаниям. Они не только выбрали альтернативы, но и сами написали свои предложения. А главное – под своими предложениями подписали свои фамилии, хотя я говорил о полной анонимности и традиционно полагал, что это требование является главным условием откровенности.
А ведь для 20% молодежи в Закарпатье это не нужно. Они хотят, чтобы об их позиции знали и не хотят прятаться от ответственности за свои слова !! Они хотят активно перестраивать этот МИР.
Вот эти предложения, которые затронут и Тебя.

Моё предложение по решению современных проблем такое – «Чтобы наше правительство и народ побольше обращали внимание на законы религии, если они будут прислушиваться к ним, то меньше будут воровать у государственного бюджета, и немножко должно улучшиться состояние государственного бюджета.» (Альбина Б., 1985 года рождения).«По-моему мнению, необходимо объединить все усилия власти по решению современных проблем. Почему власти ? Потому, что от власти (президент, Верховный Совет, Кабинет Министров Украины) зависит решение проблем.» (Виктория С., 1983 года рождения).
Конечно, это только первые шаги в понимании современной ситуации. Но эти шаги мы с Тобой уже сделали !
I greatly it was desirable to estimate objectively the possibility of the realization of Your proposals. I tried to look at our work in the "mirror of the public opinion of the Zascarpathian region".
The first - I tried to learn the opinion of students generally about the activity of our organization and about the value for them of those possibilities, which it gives in the plan of participation in the scientific conferences in THE UNITED NATIONS and the collaborations with the biographical Centres. I today can say that relation considerably that more encouraging than in Odessa. There with us actively collaborated only "special" students, and majority looked at the result of this collaboration, which no one first interfere withd, but no one then and supported. "Caution, caution and again caution" - the motto of "Moscow"s Odessa Yanukovicha. The level of spiritual culture in the Zacarpathian Region is considerably higher than in Odessa. And this is objective fact !
The second - I tried to obtain form information relative to the basic practical ideas, which You presented in Your letter. And the following results here were obtained:
1. Characteristic of situation in the world "situation is characterized by anxiety and katostrofami. However, on such scales, that there is the possibility to avoid the negative development of events. But it is necessary "to gather stones", concentrating all forces against the hatred and deaths, increasing the forces of good in the Wide World" they estimated as follows:
a) of 20 percent of those interrogated said that "it completely answers my understanding of situation";
b) of 40 percent of those interrogated they said that "in essence this characteristic answers reality";
c) 20 % - "this characteristic affected many important aspects of contemporary situation";
d) 20% - "this characteristic has right to existence".
But most important such characteristics as "this characteristic does not reflect the prevailing situation", "I cannot agree with many moments of this characteristic of the prevailing situation" and "this characteristic does not absolutely correspond to the prevailing situation" it noted no one!!
This result is today in East Europe possible only in the Zacarpathian Region!
2. To a question - "What you see the ways of overcoming the contemporary crisis?" the proposals were made:
a) the "creation of the worldwide network of the supporters of peace in each country and in all confesses" - supported THIRTY (30%) percentages of those interrogated. This is not simply good, but the very Good index, which speaks about the opportune ness of Your search!
b) "strengthening of the propaganda of real knowledge about the peace and the spirituality for the purpose to increase understanding level by people of the basic purposes of humanity" - supported also thirty (30%) interrogated young people. I am convinced that this is very good index not only for East Europe, but also for entire Europe. And certainly, this speaks about the expediency of our work.
c) "Strengthening of role and conciliate (skoordinirovannosti) of the work of the already existing organizations" - supported also thirty (30%) interrogated young people. I expected this high activity in the estimations of this alternative - many all possible organizations are created now in the Ukraine. We understand, of course, as why they were created, but to people and even me it does not be desirable to see those been bored with all of directors after each such organization and greatly it is desirable to believe that they nevertheless make good to people.
d) "Intensification of enlightening work among the people of all races and nationality, all population groups" - supported twenty (20%) interrogated young people. And the same support was obtained proposal "to solve all complex problems, on the basis of the high moral principles confessing principles" to love for the neighbour ". This me seems possibly was only in the Zacarpathian Region. I want to especially again emphasize that the level of spirituality in the Zacarpathian Region is higher than in other regions of the Ukraine.
E) "To contribute through the spiritual perception to the creation" of the reign of God on the Earth by the "way of moulding of Planetary Hierarchy, Spiritual intelligentsia of Wide World, to broadening positive interaction and collaboration to the entire World" - although supported only ten (10%) interrogated, also this very well. This is too uncommon in the "sea" of that incomprehensible information, with which pours the people of the Ukraine "Moscow" and "near-Moscow’s" television. This is the present success of all spiritually developed people in the Zacarpathian Region. But it is important to emphasize separately that proposal "strengthening of role and conciliate (skoordinirovannosti) of the work of the already existing organizations" and "to solve all complex problems, on the basis of the high moral principles confessing principles" to love for the neighbour" simultaneously supported thirty (30%) interrogated!
This is a good basis for the concrete positive initiatives.
And proposal "strengthening of the propaganda of real knowledge about the peace and the spirituality for the purpose to increase the level of the understanding by people of the basic purposes of humanity" and "strengthening of role and conciliate (skoordinirovannosti) of the work of the already existing organizations" simultaneously supported twenty (20%) those interrogated. I hope they will prepare reports to the international conferences.
But there is one additional encouraging moment - all interrogated by me are young people at the age from 17 to 24 years, which actually are approached knowledge. They not only selected alternatives, but also themselves wrote proposals.
But the main thing - under their proposals signed their surnames, although I spoke about the complete anonymity and traditionally assumed that this requirement is the main condition of frankness. But indeed for 20% of young people into this Zacarpathian Region it is not necessary. They want so that they would know about their position and they do not want to hide from the responsibility for their words!! They want to actively reconstruct this WORLD.
Here are these proposals, which it is touch opened and You.
"My proposal on the solution of contemporary problems is such -" so that our Government and people would a little more focus attention on the laws of religion, if they are listen to them, then less had steal the budget, and a little must be improved the state of budget"(Albina B., b., 1985 ). "In my opinion it is necessary to combine all efforts of authority for the solution of contemporary problems. Why authority? Because on authority (President, the Supreme Soviet, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) depends the solution of problems." (Victoria S., b., 1983).
Is certain, this only first steps in understanding of contemporary situation. But we with You already made these steps!
