Отец «немецкого чуда» Людвиг Эрхард в Правительственном заявлении 10 ноября 1965 г. «Бережливость и трезвость» вспомнил слова Вальтера Ратенау: «Вся наша судьба завязана на экономике».
Вероятно, поэтому летом 1948 г. семидесяти трех летний католик Конрад Аденауэр и пятидесяти однолетний протестант Людвиг Эдхард очень хорошо поняли друг друга. По мнению Людвига Эдхарда – «…нас объединяла убежденность, что Западную Германию и живших там немцев надо уберечь от превращения в объект социалистических экспериментов.»
А действительно, если бы не рыночная экономика, то добилась бы Германия к 1962 г. такого прироста национального продукта по сравнению с 1950 г. ?
«
Например, личное потребление возросло … в ценах 1954 года – с 69 до 172 мдрд. марок. Этот показатель прироста – один из лучших в мировой практике. По данным Федерального статистического ведомства, индекс личного потребления с поправкой на колебания цен (1950 г. = 100) увеличился в Западной Германии в 1961 г. до 236, а в Великобритании за этот же период – до 127, в Швеции – до 137, во Франции – до 162 и в США – до 139.» (Людвиг Эрхард «Благосостояние для всех», февраль 1957 г.).И тысячу раз прав Великий Европеец в своей речи на 7-ом съезде ХДС в Гамбурге –«Чтобы не обречь себя на жалкле прозябание на исторических задворках, мы не имели права положить все силы на социалистический эксперимент якобы справедливого распределения бедности, мы были обязаны преодолеть саму бедность. А это означило, что мы должны были создать покупательную способность масс, благосостояние для всех.» (Людвиг Эрхард «Придать смысл труду», 14 мая 1957 г.).
И немецкое общество справилось с поставленными задачами, поэтому
в 1965 г. он смог заявить: «После того как наш народ обрел исторический опыт, который пробудил и укрепил сознание зависимости всех от всех, немецкое общество утратило характер классового. Теперь это общество людей, которое ставит превыше всего объективный результат. … Оно не имеет членения сословного государства, оно основывается, скорее, на убеждении, что люди готовы делать то, что служит их благу, не только по принуждению законов, но и в силу понимания собственной выгоды. Сформированное общество – отнюдь не филантропическое видение. … Этот новый строй – общественно - политический продукт социального рыночного хозяйства. Как раз пример социального рыночного хозяйства показывает, что сформированное общество не утопия.»Но самое главное, на что сегодня необходимо указать – это действительно опора Германии на собственные силы. Ведь из 32 млрд. долларов помощи США по плану Маршалла Западной Европе Федеративная Республика получила 4,5 млрд. долларов. Но как блестяще эти средства были использованы ! Оценка эффективности использования их Людвигом Эдхардом не устарела и в 2007 г. – «С гордостью могу сказать, что эта великодушная помощь была не только воспринята с благодарностью в Федеративной Республике, но и эффективно использована.» (Людвиг Эрхард «Благодарность Джорджу С. Маршаллу», 27 октября 1963 г.).
Важно, что чуть ли не в каждой своей речи Великий Экономист подчеркивает первостепенное значение конкуренции и свободного ценообразования, от чего категорически отказывались на Востоке ещё до недавнего времени.
Но откуда в немецком народе столько здравого смысла ? Ведь он сумел разобраться во всех изощренных попытках провести все экономические реформы в интересах экономической террористически плановой доктрины с Востока. При голосовании в бундестаг только 35 % избирателей проголосовали за сторонников «ползучего социализма». Нельзя забывать о тех средствах, которые с Востока шли на подрыв позиций «рыночников» в Федеративной Республике.
Истоки идей профессора Людвига Эрхарда
Сам Эдхард считает себя идейным учеником Франца Оппенгеймера, который будучи этническим евреем считал Германию своим отечеством. Он считал, как вспоминает Людвиг Эдхард, что «капитализм» принцип, который ведет к неравенству, даже устанавливает неравенство, хотя он ни к чему не питал большего отвращения, как к унылой уравниловке. С другой стороны, он отвергал коммунизм, поскольку тот неизбежно ведет к неволе. Он полагал, что должен ещё существовать третий путь, означающий счастливый синтез, выход. И Л.Эдхард подчеркивает – «я попытался, почти в полном соответствии с его заветами, показать в виде социального рыночного хозяйства не сентиментальный, а реалистический путь.» Кстати, этими же идеями жил и автор Закона Сохранения Труда, академик, профессор Университета «Украина», доктор Валерий Александрович Васильев. Великие люди в своих стремлениях удивительно единодушны !.
Как много дала Людвигу Эдхарду учеба у профессора Франца Оппенгеймера и защита под его научным руководством докторской диссертации не мог без восторженных слов оценить даже через десятилетия благодарный ученик. Достаточно привести фразу Л.Эдхарда о своих друзьях учёных – Вальтере Ойкене, Вильгейме Репке, Александре Рюстове, Франце Беме, которые «подобно Оппенгеймеру, разрушили оптимизм, как классического учения, так и обычного либерализма, этот оптимизм считал извечно установленную гармонию автоматическим продуктом экономического развития. Нет, когда нет полновесной конкуренции, когда конкуренция пресекается, подавляется или сужается при помощи практических или правовых мер, свободы нет, а значит, нет и справедливости. Я привык почти всегда употреблять слово «справедливость» в кавычках, поскольку я пол своему опыту убедился, что никаким другим словом не злоупотребляют так, как именно этой высшей ценностью.» (Людвиг Эдхард «Франц Оппенгеймер – учитель и друг», 30 апреля 1964 г.). Трудно найти в литературе более восторженной и искренней оценки учёного его учеником – «Но я не могу сказать, как часто я мысленно советовался с Оппенгеёмером, когда мне предстояло принимать решения, не всегда популярные в глазах общественного мнения и с точки зрения отдельных групп. В конце концов они всегда оказывались правильными. … Как жив во мне Оппенгеймер, я убедился недавно, когда, выступая без подготовки о Европе, сказал, что, по моим представлениям, будущая Европа будет континентом «свободных и равных», а потом был почти напуган, когда наткнулся в книге Оппенгеймера «Пережитое, заветное и достигнутое» на формулировку «общество свободных и равных». Его взгляды, очевидно, так глубоко вошли в мой мозг, что даже в языке и выражениях я неосознанно следовал ему. … Пока я жив, я не забуду Франца Оппенгеймера ! Я буду счастлив, если социальное рыночное хозяйство – каким бы совершенным или несовершенным оно не было – будет свидетельством значения жизненного труда, высокого духовного настроя мысли и учения Франца Оппенгеймера.» (Людвиг Эдхард «Франц Оппенгеймер – учитель и друг», 30 апреля 1964 г.).
Так значит всё дело в учителе Л.Эдхарда, но ведь миллионы немцев - граждан Западной Германии не слушали лекций Франца Оппенгеймера, а проголосовали за социальную рыночную экономику, или мы что-то не учитываем, как вы думаете ?

Чувствовать себя немцем - это очень многое значит в жизни человека ! Академик Академии экономических наук Украины, Нью-Йоркской Академии наук, Академии экономических наук и предпринимательской деятельности, профессор Университета «Украина», доктор Валерий Александрович Васильев даже завещал передать все свои научные награды в один из музеев Германии, где сохраняются вещи его далёких родственников (нотариально заверенный документ).
Кстати, со всеми кто имеет это глубокое чувство постоянно ведется в Восточных странах отчаянная борьба. И отношение к исторической памяти действительно на уровне дохристианского каннибализма. Приведу очень «свежий» пример. Мне давно хотелось увидеть дом, где жила в Виннице моя прабабушка, умершая сравнительно недавно в 1972 г. в возрасте 97 лет. Отец, бабушка и её сестра рассказывали мне, что жила моя прабабушка в центре Винницы в квартире, которую во время войны ей дали немецкие власти, переселив с тремя маленькими детьми их трущоб на окраине Винницы в центр города. Потом пришли русские войска и её «уплотнили» (отобрали две комнаты), но не выселили. Не было оснований выселять уже пожилую женщину с тремя детьми, которая работала поваром и не принимала никакого участия в около политической деятельности, вероятно, не было и доносов на неё. Так она до конца жизни и оставалась жить в центре города, а потом её дочь похоронила её и поменяла квартиру на Мариуполь.
Что-то мне подсказывало, что поездку в Винницу нужно совершить неожиданно, чтобы никто не знал об этой поездке. Так и сделал. Посадил жену с младшей дочерью на поезд во Львове до Мариуполя, а сам через два часа сел на поезд до Винницы. Конечно, ни слова не сказал никому о своей поездке и даже названия города не произносил в помещении где живу и рядом с мобильными телефонами. Это и сработало. Когда приехал в Винницу утром, то сразу же поехал поближе к центру города взял такси и сказал таксисту адрес. Он меня провез в несколько кварталов и сказал, что где-то здесь. Чисто случайно встретилась женщина, которая смогла указать дом номер 1 по улице Соколова (дом получился спрятанным за домом с другим адресом). Я быстро поднялся на третий этаж позвонил в 28 квартиру. Мне открыла женщина, которая сказала, что никого в этой квартире не помнит, т.к. живет недавно. Но из квартиры рядом вышел мужчина, который меня проводил на улицу и сказал, что помнит старуху, которая жила с дочерью и он эту старуху хоронил вместе с женой.. Я с ним договорился встретиться через два часа после поездки на кладбище. С этого момента начинаются «Чудеса социалистического рая». На кладбище журнал захоронений с даты смерти Анны Григорьевны Мельник до конца 1972 года уничтожен. Все года есть, а этого нет. Почему ? Объяснить никто не может. Возвращаюсь к дому № 1 на улице Соколова, а там где мы договорились встретиться с соседом прабабушки всё место занято. Стою рядом и жду соседа, когда тот выходит то начинает говорить, что жена вообще ничего не помнит. Стараюсь с ним что-то выяснить, но тут появляется жена. И мне всё становится понятным (сразу вспоминаю рассказ отца, как он учился в Виннице в школе и жил у свой бабушки в этой квартире, а главное причины его отъезда из Винницы, когда ему ставили двойки в школе только потому, что он родственник Мельник-Мюллер !!). Но сосед успевает сказать, что есть ещё одна старушка в доме, но её после моего посещения утром квартиры 28 сразу кудато отвезли на такси. Анекдот всё это ! Нахожу ЖЕК, а там почему-то донне только с 1980 г. Еду в Паспортный стол данного района, а там говорят о необходимости адвокатского запроса. Обращаюсь в ЗАГС, который выдал свидетельство о смерти, а там пытаются доказать мне, что у них нет сведений о адресе, по которому проживала Анна Григорьевна Мельник. Но, когда хоронил и отца и мать, то эти сведения сдавал сам в ЗАГС. Не может быть такого, что действуют различные нормы в разных городах Украины. Оставил заявление начальнику ЗАГС, но убежден, что ответа никогда не дождусь. Система хранит тайну о порядочности немецкой администрации во время войны (!). О ядерных установках всё можно узнать, а о получить подтверждение о месте жительства прабабушки, которая умерла в 1972 г. нельзя, т.к. будет видно настоящий подход к социальным вопросам настоящих европейцев – потомков древнего и справедливого народа, который никакой национал-социализм не смог исказить. Действительно в этом районе города сегодня один квадратный метр жилья стоит 1500 долларов, а тогда в 1943 г. этот район считался очень престижным. Это какое необходимо было иметь чувство справедливости, чтобы поселить кухарку с маленькими детьми этническую немку в центре города (!). Сейчас понимаю, что, если бы тогда власти знали, о будущем моем интересе к этому поступку немецкой администрации, то Анну Григорьевну выселили б вообще в другой район, чтобы и следов не осталось никаким вообще. А так пришлось только уничтожать журнал захоронений на кладбище и запугивать соседей. А что это дало ? Ничего. Только доказательство того кому сегодня дают все необходимые справки и документы государственные органы в Украине, особенно, для предоставление в Германии (!).
Но это то. что касается этнических немцев. А посмотрите, как Германия относится к памяти Франца Оппенгеймера. Людвиг Эдхард пишет: «..в моем кабинете долгое время был только один портрет – портрет моего учителя Франца Оппенгеймера. Мне думается, что он тоже был бы согласен с тем, что почта выпускает сейчас в серии «Выдающиеся немцы» посвященную ему марку. Само собой разумеется, что я буду счастлив оказать содействие институту Франца Оппенгеймера. Я до сих пор с печалью и тоской вспоминаю, как мы прощались. В его глазах были слёзы, когда он сказал: «Теперь мне придётся покинуть своё отечество». Он чувствовал себя немцем. Он воплощал в самом чистом и благородном смысле немецкий дух и немецкую культуру. Будем же сегодня и всегда с благодарностью и почтением хранить память о нем !».
Те же слова мне хочется сказать и о Валерии Александровиче Васильеве (Кумпане), которого в октябре 2006 г. похоронил в Хусте на самом величественном кладбище Европы - на Замковой Горе.
Действительно великий народ с великой высоконравственной историей борьбы за будущее современной ЦИВИЛИЗАЦИИ. Вот истинные истоки идей Людвига Эдхарда, вот откуда он брал силы и нравственную стойкость, которая закладывалась подвигами всех духовно развитых европейцев, построивших наш Христианский Мир.
В этот Христианский Мир сегодня хотят попасть все интеллектуально и духовно развитые жители Земли, в него иммигрировали всем народом ещё в первые века Христианства венгры, которые сегодня гордятся семью Лауреатами Нобелевской Премии, а в языке сохранили память от кого они бежали из Приуралья – «rossz
