Santander, in front of Caribean Sea. At 500 mt of the Wall closing the Old City,
the historic district of Cartagena. From the apartments, panoramic seen over the
sea and the city.

We´ve 2 apartments in the same building:
Ap. 1007: 10th floor. See: sun-putting in the sea and Old City. Bath independent from bedroom.
Ap. 1213: 12th
floor. See: sun-rising and beaches of Marbella and Crespo. Bath
inside the bedroom.
Both apartments have all equipment and
we give it you with suficient sheets ant towells. There is marriage-bed in
bedroom and two adicional beds in hall. Then, max. capacity is 4 person. Baby-bed
available.
Electr. mobiliary: Air conditioned, fan, iron, refrigerator, juice-mixer, radio-casette-CD, TV (cable with more than 40 channels). Electricity: 110 V with plain conector.

Price: Main page shows basic daily price. This price will be modified in
function of number of person, number of days and season high or low.
Reservations: To confirm we ask to pay 20%. By transfer, bank, etc.
Season: Super-hig: Dec/24 too
January/6 High: Decembre, Jan/7 too 15, Juny, July, Holly Week, Nov/1 too
15, and weekends with Festivity in Monday or Friday.
Low: Rest of the year.
