He
has a degree in Pedagogy by the University
of Navarra (jun, 2001) and he got a master
in Human Resources at "ICADE
Business School" in the "Comillas Pontificia
University" (Madrid, 2002). At this master, he made the project:
"Planning, development and evaluation of a FORCEM training
plain applied for a Distribution Business".
While
he was attending the master, he was completting his education with
different courses: "DHTML / FrontPage / JavaScript"
at the "New
Technologies School: CRONER" in Madrid; and "Training
Course in Human Resource: Training Specialist" at
the University of Navarra (Pamplona, Spain). In this one, he colaboratted
for the closing speech with a exposing about the rol of the pedagogist
at business.
In
october 2002, he got a work at the "Business-University
of Navarra Foundation", where he went on his education.
In this training period, he was attending diferent courses and seminaries:
"Course of innovation development en business"
(University of Navarra); "Conference on incentives
in technological change in business" (University of
Navarra); "Conference of Intercultural development
at business" (European Centre for innovation in business,
CEIN, Navarra, Spain); and "Congress on enterprise,
changing cultures and change in the university" (Innova
Programme. Polytechnic University, Cataluña,
Spain).
In
october 2003, he went to Madrid, where he attended the "Course
in wages, employment contracts, insurance and settlements"
in Formaselect Business
School.
Currently,
Francisco is studying English at "The
Academy of English Studies" in Dublin (Ireland).
