He has a degree in Pedagogy by the University of Navarra (2001). He started his professional career in "Training Techiniques Consultants" (2001), as an assistant in training programme development. He also supportted in e-content and e-learning projects. In 2002, he earnt the Master in Human Resources at ICADE Business School, in the "Comillas Pontificia University" (Madrid, Spain).

He completted his education with different courses and he got his training period at the "Business-University of Navarra Foundation", where he planned and organized different training programmes and was responsible for the image of the Chair which "Zurich Insurance" has in the University of Navarra. He also participatted with the "Educational Department" of the same University as a pedagogy promoter.
