Relax your body, relax your jaw.
Breath freely. Breath, Breath, Breath.
Find a natural comfortable position.

Be without any expectations.
Allow your mind and body to completely relax.
Be in the here and now, be completely present in the moment.

I am thankful for this present moment.
Remember you just need to relax and allow.
Remember that there is only peace.

There is nothing to achieve or do.
Remember that you are not what you have.
The success is surrender.

Here and now is surrender.
Now, bring your awareness to the center of your chest above your heart.
And FEEL that in the middle of your chest lives a powerful star that shines with its own light.

Light and heat flows from your star.
With every breath, the star expands and stretches out.
Breath, breath, the star expands, Breath, the star expands...

With each breath, it gets bigger, brighter and more powerful.
And gains more light and heat.
Light and heat flow from your star into your chest.

1 ( VERTICAL DESCENT )
======================================================

Now imagine.
Above your head there is a enormous Star .
Above your head there is a light flowing down from an enormous Star.

The light comes down to the top of the head,
and a door is opened.
The light goes comes down through your head and on its way down it makes a beautiful healing, all the way down the throat.

When it reaches the throat,
Ask yourself the following question:
Are there any blockages in this area ?

Is there anything in this area that wants to be expressed and I do not wish to express it ?
Is there something that I wanted to express but I did not dare to say ?
Just be aware.

We simply let the light do the healing.
The light keeps going down until it touches the sun which is inside of our heart chamber.
The powerful star spreads its energy in, a never-ending light flows into our chest, our sun becomes even more powerful.

Making it brighter, spreading more light and heat.
Expanding stronger.
Cleaning and transforming anything in our heart and that is not love.

The light keeps descending.
It goes through our solar plexus.
Strengthening and healing the yellow sun that resides there.

It reaches our abdomen, where it goes through an orange sun.
Which is also healed and strengthened.
The light beam reaches the base of our column.

It divides at the hips.
Until it reaches the feet.
In same way as in our head a door is open to recieve the gifts from heaven,

now, our feet melt with mother earth and they penetrate and sink into the earth.
We make a strong contaction with the earth.

And we never forget that we belong to the earth as well as to heaven.
The light beam that divided into 2, comes together now.
FEEL it descending to the center of the earth,where there is another great sun.

Where there is the love of the mother.
Where there is the love of Mother Earth.
The light beam goes through the mineral world

and the magma where the continents float,
until it reaches the very center of the earth, the heart of the earth.
In the center of the earth there is a big sun

where the energy of the heaven united with the energy of our heart and,
melts with the energy of the earth.

2 ( VERTICAL ASCENT )

FEEL a great explosion of power as it expands and ascends vertically.
The energy of the earth, the love of the mother,
raise to the surface of the planet.

FEEL our roots that descend down through our feet to the heart of the earth.
Breath in the energy of the earth up through your feet.
The light beam returns stronger and revitalized by the energy of Mother Earth.

With the femenine energy, with the love of the mother.
The Vertical Column ascends up from the heart of the earth up to the surface.
The vertical Column comes up through our feet and ascends through our legs.

It keeps ascending through our hips.
Until reaching and going through the orange sun in our adbomen.
which is again strengthen and revitalized,

now with the energy of the earth, with the love of the mother.
It keeps ascending, going through the yellow sun that resides in our solar plexus.
Feel it entering into our heart chamber.

Now in our heart, the two columns merge.
The vertical column from heaven and the vertical column from earth,
they merge at the center of the powerful sun that resides in our heart.

3 ( HORIZONTAL EXPANSION )

And they expand horizontally.
Two horizontal rays leave from the center of our heart,
that go through our shoulders and arms, until they reach our hands

and leave through the tip of our fingers.
Feel the energy from heaven and earth that united in our heart,
grows and expands spherically.

The more energy we receive through the head and the feet,
the more the sphere of energy grows in our heart.
The more we expand the energy esphere in our heart,

the more energy flows through our feet and our head.
The expansion of the heart absorbs the energy from heaven and earth.
We are a cross of light.

The vertical love that descends from heaven and the love that ascends up from the earth Merge our heart together,
Feel the horizontal expansion

Touch every living being in the universe.
Feel the sun that resides in the center of our heart,
it becomes more brilliant, it expands.

Feel the love of the mother and father grow stronger.
through the love of heaven and earth.

4 ( HORIZONTAL RETURN )
======================================================

Now the 2 horizontal rays return through our arms,
entering through our hands,
through the tip of our fingers,
,
the ray goes through our hands.
and passes through our arms,
through our shoulders,

it reaches the center of our heart.
The love of all beings in the universe returns to us.
Our heart is again nourished and strengthened.

5 ( VERTICAL ASCENT )
======================================================

Now the energy flows upwards.
From our heart a vertical ray ascends.

We send upwards all the energy that we received,
so it melts with the ALL of the father.
Giving back everything that we received.

CLOSE ( THANKFULNESS )
======================================================

Closing this way the energy cycle.
And we give our gratefulness by all the received goods.
