Our terms are simple & we would appreciate it if you respect them.

TODOS los sets tienen que redireccionarse a http://perso.wanadoo.es/laspagnola/index.html usando el logo que encontrarás a disposición en el set que elijas.

1. ALL sets are linked back to http://perso.wanadoo.es/laspagnola/index.html using the appropriate logo on the set of your choice.

2.No enlaces directamente al URL de estos gráficos. Eso se conoce como "Robo de Banda" lo que  significa que los gráficos están corriendo desde el servidor de otra persona. Para guardar los gráficos lo que NO debes hacer es dar click al botón derecho del gráfico y guardarlo en tu disco duro y luego subirlos individualmente a tu servidor, HAS DE bajar el archivo en formato zip.

 2.DO NOT link directly to these graphics!!! That is known as "stealing bandwidth"...To steal someone's bandwidth means to run off another ones server, other then your own. Never link to an image on someone else's server.  NO just right click each graphic and "save as" on your hard drive & then upload each piece to your own server, you have to  download the zip file.

 3. Estos gráficos NO pueden ser usados en sitios que contengan pornografía o esten clasificados X. Hay una gran diferencia entre contenido adulto y pornografía. Así mismo, ninguno de estos sets pueden usarse en sitios que promocionen o contengan odio,  racismo, abuso a menores, crueldad con los animales o cualquier cosa de esa naturaleza.

3. Our graphics are NOT to be used on pornographic sites that contain X rated themes. There is a huge difference between adult content & pornography. Also none of these sets may be used on sites promoting or containing hate, racism, child abuse, animal cruelty or anything else to that nature.
 

4. Algunos sets usan imagenes de artistas Contemporaneos y NO están en venta. Todos los set que usan a estos artistas tienen su permiso. Es OBLIGATORIO que incluyas el logo y el enlace hacia su sitio.

4. Any sets using Contemporary artist are NOT for sale. All sets using these artists are with permission. You MUST add their logo & link back to their site.

5. NO se permiten alteraciones de cualquier tipo en estos sets. Esto incluye cambiar el tamaño de los gráficos, recortarlos o mezclarlos con otros sets, ect. No es necesario que utilices todos los componentes del set si no lo necesitas, entendiéndose por componentes barras, bullets o botones.

5. NO alterations of ANY kind are made to this set.  That includes resizing, cutting, mixing and matching with other sets, etc.   You do not have to use all parts of the set if you do not need them. It is bar separate, bullets and buttoms.

6. Está absolutamente prohibida la redistribución de estos sets en cualquier forma. Esto quiere decir que no puedes ofrecerlos desde tu sitio a otras personas, si alguien desea estos sets tiene que venir aquí directamente a descargarselos.

6.Absolutely NO REDISTRIBUTION of these graphics in any form. This means that you may not put the set up on YOUR site and then GIVE IT AWAY to others!!!!!

NOTA INFORMATIVA MUY IMPORTANTE - CAMBIO DE PAGINAS WEB DE DISEÑADORAS

Algunas de las diseñadoras poser con las que trabaja conjuntamente Diseny La Spagnola, y que gozaban de alojamiento gratuito en ALDEA VIRTUAL O IESPANA se han visto obligadas a alojar sus webs en otros alojamientos. Rogaríamos que este dato se tenga en cuenta si ud. decide descargarse un diseño cuya imagen fue cedida en uso, de las siguientes diseñadora:

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATIVE NOTE - I CHANGE DESIGNERS' WEB PAGES

Some of the designers poser with that Diseny La Spagnola works together, and that were enjoying free accommodation in ALDEA VIRTUAL OR IESPANA have turned out to be bound to lodge his webs in other accommodations. We would request that this information is born in mind if ud. one decides to unload a design which image was yielded in use, of following designer:
