Guest reception: Once in the city,
client should get in contact with the person in charge when booking was
made. After getting in contact by telephone with this person he will be
waiting for you at the apartment as soon as possible. By the time of arrival
the person in charge will check the apartment equipment to assure the best
conditions to enjoy your stay from the beginning. This person will keep
in contact with our guest the whole stay to attend new requirements,
questions and incidents. It is possible to address any comments according
to attendance to the web page: http://www.rentdays.com, to any of the e-mails available or to our call center. Contract conditions Apartment booking is
confirmed when 20% of the price is paid. At that time a locator or booking
number will be provided from our system, which will let us identify your
book until the rental contract sign up it is done. Payment can be made by
banking transfer or paying with credit card. Rental Contract for a
period of time will be performed at the moment of apartment check in. This
will be signed by the apartment owner or authorized person and the guest. A
copy of this Rental agreement will be delivered to our guest as well as a
copy of keys, services and equipment. General information about fixtures in
the house and equipment available will be performed at that moment. Check in time is as
general rule from 13:00 hours at the day of arrival, in case of arrivals
prior to 13:00 hour, ask for apartment availability. Check out time is as a general rule
until 12:00 hours at the departure day. If any delay occurs, please fell
free to ask for any apartment availability. Cancellations Book: It is possible to cancel bookings that have been
paid for by the guest, returning the amount paid through the same way as
the initial payment of booking. 1.- Bookings for less than a week. Cancellations must be
cancelled 48 hours in advance without any penalization, if cancellation
occurs 48 hours prior date of arrival, ONE day current amount will be
charged. 2.- Bookings between one week and less than a month.
Cancellations must be possible 48 hours in advance without any
penalization, if cancellation occurs 48 hours prior to date of arrival, TWO
days current amount will be charged. 3.- Bookings for more than a month. Cancellation must be
possible 72 hours in advance without any penalization, if cancellation
occurs 72 hours prior to arrival book date, THREE current amount days will
be charged. 4.-For reservations at local
or national holidays may be canceled without
charge, with fifteen days before the date of entry Total payment of the stay will be made it at guest
arrival, it can be in cash, Euros or in official local currency counter
valued. Special Bookings: Las

available. Guest must provide to Rentdays: name,
number of people, flight number and expected arrival/departure flight time.
Flat tariff for four people is 30 Euros, each way. Rentdays
will wait at the hour indicated in your request. Payment should be made to
the taxi driver once the service is over. Office equipment requests must be told at booking
time with the aim of being able to provide them at booking date. Rentdays does not take responsibility of the Office
