The Posies

Grupo de pop-rock alternativo formado en Seattle (Whasington, EE.UU) en 1986 por Jonathan Auer y Ken Stringfellow, ambos guitarras, vocalistas y compositores. Rick Roberts (bajista) y Mike Musburger (batería), completan el grupo. En 1993 Dave Fox sustituye a Roberts. Ese mismo año, Brian Young sustituye a Musburger y Joe Howard a Fox. Stringfellow toca en directo con REM. En 2001 Darius Minwalla es el batería del grupo.
