William It Was Really Nothing

The rain falls hard on a humdrum town
this town has dragged you down
oh the rain falls hard on a humdrum town
this town has dragged you down

William, William it was really nothing
G       Dmaj    G       A       Bm      B7      D       E
William, William it was really nothing
it was your life

How can you stay with a fat girl who'll say:
"Would you like to marry me
and if you like you can buy the ring"
she doesn't care about anything
"Would you like to marry me
and if you like you can buy the ring"
I don't dream about anyone
except myself

William, William it was really nothing
William, William

ella no te importa nada "
no sueño con nadie excepto conmigo
William no era realmente nada

Last night I dreamt that somebody loved me

Em Em/F#  C  Cm  Bm7  B7

Last night I dreamt
that somebody loved me no hope - but no harm
just another false alarm
Last night I felt
real arms around me
no hope - no harm
just another false alarm
so, tell me how long
before the last one?
and tell me how long
before the right one?
this story is old - I KNOW
but it goes on
this story is old - I KNOW
but it goes on

Anoche soñé que alguien me amaba

Anoche soñé

Que alguien me amaba

Ninguna esperanza, ningún daño

Solamente otra falsa alarma

Anoche sentí

Verdaderos brazos alrededor de mí

Ninguna esperanza, ningún daño

Solamente otra falsa alarma

Así que, dime cuanto tiempo

¿Antes del último?

Y dime cuanto tiempo

¿Antes del bueno?

La historia es vieja, lo sé

Pero continúa

La historia es vieja lo sé

Pero continúa

or does he even have any?

she says:

'he never really looks at me

i'll never make that mistake again!'

i'll never make that mistake again

'but she doesn't even like me!

Chica con miedo

la chica con miedo,

cuáles son  sus intenciones?

¿si es que tiene alguna?

ella dice: “él realmente nunca me mira
