This lovely appointed house is available the whole year with the exception of July and August.
The house is comprised of two levels. It possesses a garage, a porch of 20 meters, a garden of 60 meters and direct access to the beach promenade.
 
A living room. bathroom and the kitchen is located on the lower level.
 
The upper level has 4 rooms and two bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a view to the sea. One room has a bathroom and a terrace of 15 meters.
 
The house was designed to offer all the facilities to provide a comfortable visit. A firewood stove, electrical heating , fully furnished kitchen, equipped with china and silverware, cooking utensils, washrooms, furnished dinning room, and a furnished living room with a television and stereo.
 
This is an ideal location for couples who wish to escape the noise and bustle.The house is located in an pleasant area, surrounded by nature.

Location:
The house located along the marine promenade of Cañoguerreo, in the new part of the town and in a residential area of Arabic design.
In order to arrive to the city of [Matalascañas] or Tower of the Fig, it is necessary to take the transfer at Borrullo del Condado, in the railcar of Sevilla-Huelva. Upon arriving in this town transfer onto the railcar with the indication of Almonte- Matalascañas.
Passing Almonte city, you are arrive in Matalascañas, where you will take the highway.
After approximately 3 kilometers is the entrance to Cañoguerrero.

Just recently opened , the golf course in Matalascañas has a field of Golf of 18 holes.
In order to arrive reach the course from the house, it is necessary to go up a stairway near the house, since the golf course located to the rear of the Kabila Urbanization, where the house is located.
