Situation

Our country house VILLA CONDOR, between Moraira and Calpe, approximately 120 km south of Valencia and approximately 70 km north of Alicante (airports), is situated in the community of Benissa, approximately 50 m over the sea level at the border of a residential park development, exclusively with villas, in the most favourable climate of continental Europe with 320 sunny days per year. Full view on sea as well as on the Peñon de Ifach, from all the apartments is guaranteed. The surroundings are forested. The villas and vacation houses have groomed gardens with subtropical plants and asphalted streets for walks along terraced mountainsides. You can reach the bay with its small kiosk by foot, a sandy beach, cliffs and a pier for anglers. The next big sandy beaches guarded by the red cross are situated in Calpe 4 km and in Moraira 6 km, which can be reached comfortably, where you can find all kind of leisure activities like diving schoo!s, surflng, jet ski, boat rental, hang-gliding, waterslides for children. In the evening, the restaurants at the fishery harbours of Calpe and Moraira offer their fish specialties.

Restaurants of all price ranges, Spanish and international, supermarkets, banks, doctors as well as all conveniences of modern life are all in immediate proximity. A 9-hole golf course at only 3 minutes by car, as well as two further 18-hole golf courses, horse riding and tennis. There are yacht clubs in Moraira and Calpe.

At approximately 30 km distance is Benidorm, where Europe’s biggest theme park is expecting your visit.

We can claim that we dispose of a tourism infrastructure that is seeking something similar. The sunny South South West situation makes a winter stay in all residential units enjoyable, since the house lies wind-protected against north by a forested hillside, and cloudy days are quite rare. From end December to middle of March, the temperatures and weather conditions are similar to those of April in middle Europe. The almond blossom period begins end of January.

Since 1970 the house has been under the owner’s personal management. Thanks to its cultivated atmosphere many guest keep returning to this place.

Residential units

1. Studio = 1 room approx. 30 m2

The studio is furnished for 2 people. There you will find a double bed in a sleeping niche with curtain, a spacious storage room above it for suitcases. Shower bath with toilet, washbasin. A pantry-kitchen with sink, refrigerator, electric cooker with 2 flames, dishes and glasses. Sufficiently equipped for 2 people. One sofa bed, chairs, table, carpet, curtains, electric heating, SAT-TV.

You can step onto the terraces with full sea view through a latticed door with windows alongside. Chairs and a table are on the terraces, sun-beds with mats and awnings top protect from the sun. A dense cypress hedge shields the terraces against each other.

2. Apartment = 3 rooms, approx. 90 m2

The apartment is designed for maximum 4 people. There are two bedrooms with double beds and shower baths with toilet, a spacious built-in wardrobe. An extra bed for a child can be provided. In the living room there is a dining corner and an American kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, a ceramic-plate cooker, dishes, glasses, pots etc, all sufficiently equipped. Next to it is a small lounge with sea views. SAT-TV. For your laundry, there is a washing machine in a separate storage- and washing-room with access to a roofed drying place. Access to the terraces with full sea view like in # 1, terrace furniture with sun-beds and mats.

3. Penthouse = 2 rooms approx. 42 m2

The penthouse is furnished for two people and is situated in the tower of the villa. Separate entrance, roofed parking place, wonderful panoramic views on the sea, Peñón de Ifach and Denia-mountains, as one wall is completely vitrified (approx. 6 m2 sliding-door). ln the living room there is a dining corner, as well as a pantry-kitchen with sink, gas cooker with 2 flames, refrigerator, dishes and pots and additionally coifee maker and water boiler in every apartment. SAT-TV. A bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, shower bath with toilet and washbasin. Living room and bedroom have carpet flooring. The terrace is equipped with terrace furniture, sun-beds and sunshade.

Additional terraces with BBQ and a swimming pool in front of the house make your stay even more enjoyable.

To the common use, you will find a big comfortable guest-room with chimney and bar on the scaside.

Services:

All residentíal units have cleaning and laundry service. The prices include these services; also swimming pool, as well as bed linen, towels, beach-towels and linen, except bathrobes against extra charge, and are valid for each respective residential unit and number of persons. Prices upon request.

Conditions:

Rental begins at 4 PM on the arrival day. Renal ends at 10 AM on the departure day.

The tenant engages to a careful handling of the apartment and its furniture and is liable for possible damages.

With the confirmation of the reservation, 1/3 of the rent is due for the contracted period.

Payable by check, post-office bank or bank.

Settlement at beginning of the contracted period.

Deposit:

In order to secure the careful handling of the rented furniture and objects, a deposit amount, when handing over the key, in form of cash or check will be required. This amount will be refunded on departure day, provided everything is OK.

ln case of cancellation, 75 percent of the rent is to be paid, if the cancellation takes place up to 14 days before arrival day. After this, the entire amount is to be paid.

With the booking and down payment, the tenant fully accepts the prominent conditions.

The water supply of the VILLA CONDOR is also secured in times of crisis, since a water deposit is available. In case of an emergency, the landlord reserves the right of an extracharge for additional water costs.

Arrival:

Exit SALIDA 63, in direction of Teulada-Moraira. On the national road N-332 until Eurogarden, right to Teulada, from there follow the signs to Moraira, approximately 13 km. Once arrived in Moraira, on your left side there is a gas station and in front of you a roundabout. Take the coastal road #746 on the right, always stay by the sea, and continue 4,5 km until you find the country house "Apartamentos CONDOR" on the left side. Have a nice trip.
